PROCLAMATIONS

 A proclamation is an official statement issued by the Village President to recognize, honor, commemorate, or raise awareness of a person, organization, event, cause, or significant occasion. Proclamations are ceremonial in nature and do not establish laws or regulations. They serve as a formal expression of the Village's recognition and support of matters important to the community.
